Scott, who most recently helmed the award winning ToTT’s restaurant in Hong Kong’s Excelsior Hotel, brings to Eatertainment Special Events & Catering a culinary style unlike any other in Canada
Scott’s experiences in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean combine to create menus which raise the creative bar while relying on tried and tested ingredients appreciated by all. In addition to his work around the globe, Scott received rave reviews from the New York Times, Bon Appetit and Gourmet for his cuisine with the renowned James Beard Foundation in New York.
